At 17, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. After multiple failed treatments, it turned into hypothyroidism, a lifelong condition that left me feeling like a stranger in my own skin. I gained weight rapidly, struggled with constant fatigue, brain fog, hair loss, anxiety, and a deep sense that something just wasn’t right.
Doctors gave me pills and told me this was the new normal — but deep down, I couldn’t accept that. I was just surviving. And that terrified me.
By 29, I hit a breaking point. I didn’t recognize myself anymore and I felt as if I was trapped in someone’s body and mind. I realized if I didn’t take control of my health, I was going to lose myself completely. That decision didn’t come from motivation — it came from desperation. I wasn’t trying to lose weight, or look fit, I just wanted to feel like “me again”, feel alive again.
Through years of trial and error, research, rebuilding my body, rewiring my mindset, I learned how to work with my condition — not against it. And slowly, I started to feel like me again.
Now, as a women’s wellness coach specializing in thyroid health and hormonal imbalances, I help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and sense of self. I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in sustainable transformation, education, and empowering you to truly understand your body.

Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or considering a custom plan, here’s everything you need to know about working with Kat International Wellness.
We will first need to meet for a 1:1 free video consultation call to discuss your goals, barriers, any medical conditions and lifestyle. Once we decide we are a good fit for each other, you will be able to purchase the plan via PayPal or Stripe (secure credit card system). You will then get full access to the app and an e-book with your custom plan within 48-72 hours of purchase.
After you purchase a general guide, you will gain access to your schedule inside the app. Plus, you will receive a free e-book in your email within 24-48 hours.
Customized program meal plans will have a breakdown of all meals with the right portions for your body with your dietary preferences and restrictions. You will have numerous options to choose from for protein, carbs and veggies so it never has to be boring. General Guides & E-Books will have general meal plan guidelines with numerous options to choose from for protein, carbs, veggies & snacks to help support a healthy lifestyle and to achieve great results.
Yes! The number of cheat days per month will depend on your progress and fitness goals but you will definitely be able to indulge in your fave treats and drinks.
For all custom plans you have 24/7 access to Kat. Please send her a message in the app chat and she will get back to you within 24 hours.
Absolutely! During your 1:1 consultation with Kat she will go over all of your allergies, dietary restrictions and food preferences. Your plan is 100% customized so anything you are allergic to will not be included.
Definitely! Kat also has Hypothyroidism and understands firsthand what’s it like to not be able to lose weight. If you purchase a custom program, she will create a meal plan and training program that will support the function of your thyroid gland and will include supplements that she herself swears by to help you achieve your goals. Do keep in mind that in some cases you will need to also be on thyroid medication prescribed by your physician in order to help your thyroid function properly and to kick start your weight loss.
If you are suffering from certain diseases like Hypothyroidism, it is highly recommended to take certain vitamins and supplements for the support of your thyroid gland and immune system. Supplements really do help and are recommended to assist your body with performance and recovery. These are not magic pills however so you will still need to do all the hard work!
For custom plans no. Because your program is 100% customized you do not need any equipment. I do suggest however that as you are progressing in your training you can order a few short bands (for glutes) and long bands for full body workouts to add some resistance and enhance the intensity of your workouts. Some General Guides and Challenges will require minimal equipment. I suggest you have a set of booty bands (light/medium/heavy), a set of long resistance bands (light/medium/heavy), a set of dumbbells and a skipping rope.
A lot of my clients have this problem on top of hating to cook. I have a few meal prep companies that I can recommend. They deliver meals to your door twice a week based on your meal plan. Another way we can work around this is by helping you organize your time so you will only need to prep your protein and carbs once a week and by incorporating “grab and go” meal options in your plan. Do keep in mind that no matter the fitness goal, diet is the main focus and key to achieving results so you will need to put some effort, time and focus into it.
This will depend on your progress and your body’s reaction to the program. Adjustments will be made when and if needed, thus we do the weekly check ins.
Everybody is different. Some clients start to see results within a few days while others don’t see results for at least two weeks. However, within the first few days your energy levels, drive, and motivation will increase. Bloating and inflammation will decrease. You will notice an improvement in digestion and your clothes will start to fit better.
No, the programs are not refundable once the purchase is complete.
